THE WORK OF JACK

Here are but a few of the projects Jack has proudly worked on!

BALLARAT BEER FESTIVAL

We're proud to work with the Ballarat Beer Festival - now in it's 3rd year!

We created the vibrant brand with the team at Pondlife for the outdoor summer event in 2011, and have continued to develop it across print, outdoor and online executions since.

For this year's event, we created the Ballarat Beer Festival App (one of the first of its kind!) with great features such as a beer tasting notes, interactive maps and more.

WORLD FAMOUS SPIEGELTENT

We were thrilled to work on a festival so fondly regarded in the cultural landscape of Melbourne.

Drawing inspiration from both the cheeky, playful vibe of the many circus, burlesque & cabaret performers and the vintage aesthetic of the Spiegeltent itself, we created a versatile visual identity to apply across print, outdoor & online.

A fold out brochure/ poster (distributed as an insert in the Age newspaper as well as in hundreds of Melbourne businesses) formed an integral part of the Spiegeltent campaign. The resulting piece was visually pleasing yet functional- a little like the Speigeltent herself!

HAMER HALL OPENING WEEKEND

After a multi-million dollar redevelopment, the re-opening of Hamer Hall was always going to be an event squarely in the public eye.

Working in conjunction with global marketing agency aka Australia, Arts Centre Melbourne wanted to highlight its extensive program of free events and opening concerts, as well as showcase the local and international talent to grace the brand-new Hamer Hall stage in its opening season.

Featuring eye-catching imagery of the Hall and clean, crisp design, the campaign rollout did justice to this impressive venue. A highlight of the campaign was an 8 page lift out in the Age, which highlighted events on during the inaugural weekend.

LOVE NEVER DIES

When Andrew Lloyd Webbers latest musical offering opened in Sydney, the visually spectacular Love Never Dies needed a brand to convey the romance & drama at its core.

Drawing on elements from the impressive sets echoing 1920s Coney Island, as well as playing on the light & shade of the character of The Phantom, the resulting brand conveys the beauty, tragedy but more importantly the timeless love story at the shows core.

Working across various mediums, we developed full press campaigns, extensive outdoor executions as well as full website design, animated flash banners and news websites take overs (to name but a few!)

HAL LEONARD AUSTRALIA

Working closely with the Hal Leonard marketing team, we have created a vast array of collateral for this print music distribution and theatrical licensing company, including brochures, catalogues, CD Samplers, eDMs, magazines and flyers.

With such a wide product offering, creative must be tailored and targeted to suit the appropriate audience - often a series of catalogues or samplers will be treated as a brand within a brand, with a fresh approach to each new project.

TOP GEAR FESTIVAL SYDNEY

Working within established branding for the Inaugural Top Gear Festival still allowed us plenty of scope for innovation.

We developed the eye-catching brand into eDMs, animations, outdoor signage as well as press and print. We also worked on the site map, festival guide and exhibition signage, ensuring the design was kept bright, clean & consistent.
